Walking for a Cure

Today was mothers day. I love this day cause my mom is never mad at me cause she is happy the whole day. Wow I'm just kidding. Well it's true but thats not why i love it. Every year my family and moms side of the extended family all go up to the Mall of America for the Race for the Cure. It is incredible. All the people their. I go insane every year. It just like a huge mosh pit of people everywhere around you. This is a 5K walk (they also have a run)for breast cancer. Thats probably why it's always on mothers day. My grandma had breast cancer and overcame it, and then passed away from another kind of caner. That is the main reason I like to do this walk. It is also very fun! Just being with all my family and hanging out. When you go there are also tons of huge vendor companies like Panara Bread, Yoplait, Caribou Coffee, Fuze, and many others that give out tons of free food to you. The problem is there are always so many people that it's impossible to make it to them. We of course find our ways though. I just love doing this walk it's fun and all the money goes to finding a cure. Which I think is super cool to. Well today after we went to the walk we decided to go to the Twins game too. Well that was the most boring game I have ever been too. Nothing happened the whole game until the last inning. I was like WOW...LAME. Don't get me wrong I love the Twins and I watch them every night on T.V. So I don't get bored by them very easily. They lost the game though. Even though they were ahead the whole time, the other team came back in the last inning. It was bad though cause we left about 12 people in scoring position the whole game that never got home. In the last inning though they got this sweet rally going with two outs. They had the bases loaded then they didn't get anyone else home so they lost 3-5. It was fun though cause the Twins are my favorite I love them!!!
